BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION

The building permit application for the Town of Hedgesville. Please complete all sections and mail or drop off to us.

As of November 1, 2025, according to the ordinance passed by Berkeley County which will include the Town of Hedgesville, anyone building a new home in the Town of Hedgesville, will be required to pay Impact Fees and provide proof of the payment prior to being able to obtain a building permit.

BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATION

If you will be conducting business inside the Town Limits, please complete the Business License Application and return to us with the applicable fee.
