BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION

The building permit application for the Town of Hedgesville. Please complete all sections and mail or drop off to us.

As of November 1, 2025, according to the ordinance passed by Berkeley County which will include the Town of Hedgesville, anyone building a new home in the Town of Hedgesville, will be required to pay Impact Fees and provide proof of the payment prior to being able to obtain a building permit.

BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATION

If you will be conducting business inside the Town Limits, please complete the Business License Application and return to us with the applicable fee.

OCTOBER TOWN COUNCIL MEETING

The agenda for our Town Council Meeting on October 1, 2025 at 7:30 pm.

TOWN OF HEDGESVILLE ELECTIONS

Elections will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Candidates can file to run for office January 13th - January 25th, 2025. Please fill out the packet and return to Town Hall at 105 POtato Hill St or mail to Town of Hedgesville, P.O. Box 83, Hedgesville, WV 25427.
